The Mavericks:

Story: Quattuor and Prickles are loving brothers, the former being a machine and the latter being organic. The two are part of a series called "The Number Line," created by Dr. Robotnik. However, he cast both aside after being dissapointed with Quattuor's performance... So the two went elsewhere to live peacefully.
A year later, Quattuor was confronted by Robotnik's newest creation - Quat's new "brother," Denomi, who had kidnapped Prickles right out from under his nose. Quat made an effort to fight him, but was easily overpowered. He later tried confronting Denomi again, who still had the upper hand and would have killed him had not a third party intervened...
When this happened, Denomi ceased his attack and instead posed this challenge to his inferior little brother:
"The Doctor is keeping the location of his base top secret. He has created a line of 8 robots. Beat them all, and with their combined data, you'll be able to find his base."
Doubting he could do it, Denomi gave Quattuor a tablet of riddles before running off. The answers to these riddles were revealed to be the location of each of these 8 robots. Quat now must challenge them to find the doctor and save his little brother!

...Actually, no, that's a lie. This is a plot me and ~BluesManZero had floating around as an idea for a while, but we didn't get around to developing it (along with the characters themselves) until this month when I was hit by a truck OF INSPIRATION after my birthday or something.
