Ohay. I know I haven't posted any art or anything, but I'll be leaving at 3 in the morning to take a 10 hour drive down to North Carolina for some super happy fun beach time. I believe we drive back home on Wednesday, but we'll be getting home late so I'll probably be back on by next Thursday. lol. I'm also going on yet another cruise in August. Oh goodie.

So I haven't really cared to draw Sonic characters for some time because frankly, the Sonic fandom bores me now. I'm sick of seeing half-assed characters or recolors or overly retarded pairings between recolored fancharacters and official ones. I even saw a genuine Mary-Sue the other day and I lol'd. I guess I'm mostly tired of the games too, so eh. (I'll just stick to my Pokemon... The Gold and Silver remakes will kick ass, damnit. Screw you if you've never played the original. D< )

But, hell. It was only until yesterday when I actually started to draw a Sonic character again for the first time in weeks, maybe a month... but it's just a fancharacter. Quattuor's his name, but even he's the result of some crossover crack couple between Sonic and Zero.

Just wanted to show that both fandoms could be more fxcked up than they already are. So I guess I'm guilty of contributing to my dislike of the fandom. BD Maybe it's because I feel weird seeing friggin 11 year olds wandering around the internet all n00bish and stuff... I think their stupidity can be contagious. I know not all of them should be lumped together in the same category, but I swear that being around some of them forces my IQ to rapidly drop within a span of a minute.

...So. On a less bitchy note, I actually got motivated to play Strider 2 today and beat it several times instead of packing all of my stuff because I'm a lazy ass.

I swear, Meio has some beautiful fingernails for an undead guy wrapped in bandages and covered in a cloak. (He pretty much rules the world in the game, BTW.)

The first thing that came to my mind after seeing that picture was "Oh gawd. He's winking."

But, yeah. Great game is great. As much as I'd love a Strider 3, I'm kind of terrified of what Capcom would do with the story and stuff... DB
